After you have gathered your thoughts and submitted to us your ideas, images, specifications, etc... our jewelers, who we work with for this service, will gather that information and reach out to you to make sure that all the details are polished before they begin the work. Once the details are finalized, we use a wax casting and 3D CAD modeling, a computer aided technology, to construct your custom jewelry and bring your dream piece of jewelry to life. Even though we completed the CAD image, changes could still be made to fine tune your custom jewelry to make sure that it meets all your specifications. Our custom jewelry specialists will work closely with you every step of the way to ensure that the custom jewelry piece meets all your expectations. Once you give LDX your seal of approval, your custom jewelry process will begin and finish until it gives off an amazing sparkle. Our custom jewelry service really gives you the opportunity to explore your inner creativity from making that special engagement ring to fabulous cocktail rings and red carpet necklaces - and from the time you place your custom jewelry order until you receive your one-of-a-kind jewelry, the process can take between one to four weeks.
