If for any reason you are not satisfied with your GIA loose diamond purchase, you may return it to Loose Diamond Exchange within 7 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange of your purchase price minus all shipping charges and/or associated fees. If you are not satisfied with your finished jewelry purchased, you may return it within 20 days of delivery date for a full refund or exchange of your purchase price minus all shipping charges and/or associated fees. If any item has been alter in any manner, your return will be voided and may not return it. International orders and special orders are not returnable. Special orders are classisfied as but not limited to, custom jewelry and GIA loose diamonds that where purchased from a international vendor to be brought in just for you. To return a certified loose diamond and/or finished jewelry to Loose Diamond Exchange, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org requesting a return and we will give you a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
You have 7 or 20 days from the date of delivery to obtain a RAN (depending of item of choice) and return the item to us with the original receipt, box and certificate to process the refund or exchange. If your refund is accepted and processed, you agree to a full refund less shipping costs and/or associated fees and it will be in the original form of payment, except for wire transfers, money orders, cashier checks which will be refunded via company check. We will refund your total purchase amount minus all shipping charges (charges vary due to total content value) and/or if applicable, associated fees. Upon receiving your return, the certified loose diamond and/or finished jewelry will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance Team. If our Quality Assurance Team notices signs of damage/modified in any way, or if the certified loose diamond does not match our records on the certificate, your return will not be accepted for a refund or exchange. Returns will only be accepted if the customer provides a valid RAN, packages the returned item as it was received, insures the returned item and provides the original receipt, box and certificate within the items respected allowed days of delivery date. Gift items may be kept for souvenirs. If the original certificate does not accompany a return, then the customer will be subject to a certification replacement fee of between $300.00 to $1,000.00 USD. Loose Diamond Exchange does not allow any customer to compare purchases; allowing you the opportunity to make multiple purchases of items for review and returning all minus the one that you decided to like. In order to process and give a full refund or exchange, Loose Diamond Exchange must receive the certified loose diamond at its facility within the items respected allowed days of the delivery date and acknowledge everything listed on our return policy or the return is void. To return an engagement ring or a fine jewelry to Loose Diamond Exchange, customer must make sure that the item of choice is not modified to there likings. If an item has been modified, the item is not eligible for a return nor can it be canceled once the order has been confirmed. To make sure that an item is returnable; customization of any kind and sizing to an item must not be done.
We advise that all returns be shipped securely via US Postal Service Registered™, insured for the total value of your contents plus shipment charges and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has been received by Star Facets.
