Shipping Policy
Loose Diamond Exchange is pleased to offer free express shipping on loose diamond and fine jewelry orders within the lower 48 U.S. continental states with confirmed addresses and a purchase price of an item that is $500.00 or more. All item(s) being shipped are fully insured by one of our respected carriers: FedEx, UPS or USPS. A determination of which carrier we provide our customer will be based on order value and destination. All deliveries must be made to physical addresses, so we do not accept P.O. Box or military addresses. We are accepting and servicing international orders at this time on a case by case scenario (please look at international policy on our terms of use link for more detailed information). ALL SHIPMENTS REQUIRE A SIGNATURE UPON DELIVERY. Loose Diamond Exchange provides insurance on all items shipped to confirmed addresses and once the package is deemed delivered, our insurance ends. If for any reason our customer is unable to sign for a shipment, please have an adult who is authorized to sign on customer's behalf at the delivery destination. The package will be deemed delivered regardless if customer claims not signing for package and it will not be insured against loss or theft. Another method of receiving your order and providing a signature is Loose Diamond Exchange can ship your order to your place of work. We will confirm that your credit card company has this alternate address on file. In some cases, Loose Diamond Exchange will be able to ship your package to a local FedEx or UPS location so that you can sign and pick up your package. A photo ID is required, a copy of the ID would be taken and the information must match or you will not be able to sign and receive the item. If an item is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges (to be determined). Once Loose Diamond Exchange confirms the order, customer will receive an e-mail stating a tracking number and their item will be shipped. This gives the opportunity for the customer to check the status of their delivery. Customer is responsible for any and all taxes, fees or duties that may arise during the order process. We require a signature of delivery regardless of any waivers you may have from one of our carriers, which is required for your protection only.
Loose Diamond Exchange only ships items from Monday to Thursday for Tuesday to Friday delivery. We do not ship items over the weekend. If an item needs to be delivered for a Saturday delivery, the carrier of choice would be FedEx, respectively, and a nominal charge will be added to the total purchase (charge to be determined at time of purchase). Business day delivery service excludes Holidays & Weekends.
We reserve the right to refuse shipment to any customer if we are unable to accurately verify credit card information or if we feel that there may be a security issue to ship that item.
