Payment Method

Loose Diamond Exchange gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, and Wire Transfers. Any purchase orders totaling over $10K will require a bank wire transfer only form of payment, no exceptions. We can only ship to confirmed addresses. Cashier checks and money orders will be held until cleared, which will take between 7 -15 business days. Credit Cards are charged once your item of choice is available and ready to begin the process of your transaction. Credit Cards are charged due to expedite the process of your order for immediate delivery.

International

On International orders, only wire transfers are accepted and orders will be processed on a case by case scenario. If we feel that there might be a security issue, international orders will not be processed. All duties, taxes and or fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customer will be responsible for any bank fees resulting from wire transfers, as well as fees incurred during the collection of your item(s). Free shipping does not apply to international orders as well as money back guarantee.
